SLASH 개인정보처리방침

주식회사 시그(이하 “회사”)는 SLASH 서비스 제공 과정에서 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
- 계정 정보: Google 또는 Apple 로그인에서 제공되는 이름, 이메일 주소, 프로필 이미지, 서비스별 사용자 식별자. 로그인, 회원 식별, 계정 관리와 고객 지원에 사용합니다.
- 사용자 콘텐츠: 할 일, 하위 할 일, 프로젝트, 루틴, 메모, 링크, 캘린더 일정, 채팅 내용과 AI 기능에 제공한 업무 맥락. 일정·업무 관리, 동기화와 사용자가 요청한 AI 응답 제공에 사용합니다.
- 기기 및 서비스 정보: 푸시 토큰, 운영체제 종류, 접속 기록, IP 주소, 오류 및 보안 기록. 알림 전송, 서비스 운영, 장애 대응과 부정 이용 방지에 사용합니다.
Google Calendar 연결 시 캘린더 목록 조회와 이용자가 선택한 일정의 조회·생성·수정·삭제에 필요한 OAuth 권한을 사용합니다. Google API에서 받은 정보의 이용과 전송은 Google API Services User Data Policy의 Limited Use 요건을 따릅니다.
2. 수집 방법
OAuth 로그인, 이용자가 앱에 직접 입력한 내용, 캘린더 연결, 앱 사용 중 생성되는 운영 기록을 통해 수집합니다. SLASH는 자체 비밀번호, 전화번호, 결제정보 또는 광고 식별자를 요구하지 않습니다.
3. 보유 및 파기
계정과 서비스 데이터는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보유하며 계정 삭제 요청 완료 후 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 기록은 일반 서비스 데이터와 분리하여 해당 기간 동안만 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.
- 접속 기록: 관련 법령이 요구하는 경우 최대 3개월
- 소비자 불만·분쟁 처리 기록: 해당 거래가 있는 경우 3년
- 계약·결제 및 공급 기록: 해당 거래가 있는 경우 5년
4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 처리
회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 다음 사업자에게 처리를 맡깁니다. 전송 시 암호화된 통신을 사용하며 각 사업자는 서비스 제공과 보안에 필요한 범위에서 정보를 처리합니다.

5. 제3자 제공
회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 법률상 의무가 있거나 이용자가 명시적으로 요청·동의한 경우를 제외하고 위 목적 밖의 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 위 표의 사업자는 회사를 대신해 서비스를 제공하는 수탁자입니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 계정 삭제
이용자는 앱에서 정보를 확인·수정하거나 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제는 앱의 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 직접 요청하거나 계정 삭제 안내 페이지를 이용할 수 있습니다. Google Calendar 접근은 Google 계정 설정에서도 철회할 수 있습니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 전송 구간 암호화, iOS Keychain 등 운영체제의 안전한 저장소를 이용한 인증 토큰 보관, 접근 권한 통제, 접속 기록 관리와 보안 점검을 적용합니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
SLASH는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 제공되지 않습니다. 해당 사실을 알게 되면 관련 정보를 삭제하기 위한 조치를 취합니다.

11. 사용자가 선택한 외부 AI 서비스 연결
ChatGPT·Claude 등 외부 AI 서비스 연결은 이용자가 선택하는 기능입니다. 앱 안에서 제공하는 AI 응답 기능과 별도로, 이용자가 외부 AI 서비스에서 SLASH 연결을 요청하고 허용한 경우에만 해당 연결을 통해 정보를 조회하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.
주고받는 정보와 목적: 외부 AI 서비스가 업무 수행에 필요한 도구 입력을 SLASH로 보내면, SLASH는 승인된 개인 계정과 권한 범위에서 조회·변경 결과를 반환합니다. 요청에 따라 업무 제목·메모·일정·프로젝트·템플릿·회고, 항목 식별자와 변경 결과가 포함될 수 있습니다. SLASH MCP 연결에는 전체 AI 대화 기록을 별도로 가져오는 기능이 없습니다.
선택한 서비스의 처리: 결과를 받는 서비스는 연결 승인 화면에서 확인할 수 있습니다. ChatGPT·Claude에 전달된 정보는 해당 서비스의 개인정보 안내와 이용자 계정 설정에 따라 처리됩니다. 이 선택형 연결을 제4조에 기재된 앱 내부 AI 처리와 동일한 것으로 보지 않습니다. 외부 서비스의 처리 위치·기간과 데이터 관리 방법은 OpenAI 개인정보 안내 및 Anthropic 개인정보 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
SLASH 연결 정보와 기록: SLASH는 계정·작업공간 식별 정보, 연결 서비스, 허용 권한, 인증 정보와 유효기간을 연결 인증에 사용합니다. 연결 유효기간은 최대 30일 또는 원래 SLASH 로그인 만료 시점 중 빠른 시점까지입니다. 도구명·연결 식별자·성공 여부·시각을 담은 감사 기록과, 중복 실행 방지·오류 복구를 위한 작업 기록에는 30일의 만료기간을 적용하고 운영 서버의 주기적 정리 대상으로 삼습니다. 작업 기록에는 업무 제목·메모 등 변경 내용이 포함될 수 있습니다.
이 기간은 SLASH 업무 자체, 코어 서버의 변경 이력 및 모든 로그·백업의 삭제 완료 시점을 의미하지 않습니다. 운영 DB 자동 백업은 현재 7일 보관 설정이며, 별도 수동 복구 백업은 자동 백업과 같은 만료기간을 적용받지 않습니다. 연결 정보의 만료·해제와 계정 데이터 삭제는 구분됩니다. 관련 열람·삭제 요청은 제9조의 개인정보 문의처로 접수할 수 있습니다.
권한과 해제: 연결 시 조회 권한과 생성·수정 권한을 확인하세요. AI 연결 관리에서 연결을 해제하면 해당 연결을 통한 이후 접근이 차단됩니다. SLASH 로그아웃만으로 연결이 해제되지는 않습니다. 연결 해제는 SLASH 업무 자체를 삭제하거나 외부 AI 서비스가 이미 받은 정보를 삭제하지 않습니다. 외부 서비스에 저장된 정보는 해당 서비스의 관리·삭제 절차를 이용하세요.

SLASH Privacy Policy

SIG Inc. (“we”) processes personal information as described below to provide SLASH.
1. Information and purposes
- Account information: name, email address, profile image, and provider identifier supplied by Google or Apple sign-in, used for authentication, account management, and support.
- User content: tasks, subtasks, projects, routines, notes, links, calendar events, chat messages, and work context supplied to AI features, used for task management, synchronization, and requested AI responses.
- Device and service information: push token, operating-system type, access logs, IP address, error and security records, used for notifications, operations, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention.
When Google Calendar is connected, SLASH uses OAuth permissions needed to list calendars and read, create, update, or delete events chosen by the user. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
2. Collection methods
Information is collected through OAuth sign-in, content entered by the user, calendar connections, and operational records. SLASH does not require its own password, phone number, payment information, or advertising identifier.
3. Retention and deletion
Account and service data are kept while the account is active and deleted without undue delay after an account deletion request. Records required by law are isolated and retained only for the required period.

5. Disclosure
We do not sell personal information or disclose it outside these purposes unless required by law or requested or consented to by the user. The listed providers process information on our behalf.
6. Your rights and account deletion
Review or update information and withdraw consent in the app. Delete your account through Settings → Delete account, or use the account deletion page. Google Calendar access can also be revoked in Google Account settings.
7. Security
We use encrypted transmission, operating-system secure storage such as iOS Keychain for authentication tokens, access controls, logging, and security reviews.
8. Children
SLASH is not directed to children under 14. If we learn such information was collected, we take steps to delete it.

11. Optional connections to external AI services
Connecting an external AI service such as ChatGPT or Claude is optional and separate from AI responses provided inside SLASH. An external service can access or change information through a connection only after you request and authorize that connection.
Information exchanged and purposes: The external AI service sends task-specific tool inputs to SLASH. SLASH returns read or change results within the personal account and permissions you approved. Depending on the request, results may contain task titles, notes, schedules, projects, templates, reflections, item identifiers and change results. The SLASH MCP connection does not independently retrieve your complete AI conversation history.
Processing by your chosen service: The consent screen identifies the requesting service. Information sent to ChatGPT or Claude is handled under that service’s privacy information and your account settings. This optional connection is distinct from the in-app AI processing described in Section 4. Consult the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Anthropic Privacy Policy for their processing locations, retention and data controls.
SLASH connection information and records: SLASH uses account and workspace identifiers, the connected service, permissions, authentication information and expiry for authentication. A connection lasts for up to 30 days or until the underlying SLASH login expires, whichever is earlier. Audit records containing the tool name, connection identifier, outcome and time, and operation records used for duplicate prevention and recovery are assigned a 30-day expiry and are subject to periodic cleanup on the running server. Operation records may include changed task titles or notes.
These periods do not mean that SLASH tasks, core change history, or every log and backup is deleted at the same time. The production database currently has a seven-day automatic backup retention setting; separate manual recovery backups do not inherit that expiry. Connection expiry or revocation is distinct from deletion of account data. Requests to access or delete related information can be sent to the privacy contact in Section 9.
Permissions and revocation: Review read and write permissions when connecting. Revoke a connection in AI connection management to block subsequent access through that connection. Signing out of SLASH alone does not revoke it. Revocation does not delete your SLASH tasks or information already received by an external AI service. Use that service’s data controls to manage or delete its copies.
